These policies are subject to change at any time. Changes will be communicated promptly.
Reservations and Payments:
To reserve, a 50% deposit is required, payable to the company’s business account.
The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival at the agreed meeting point.
For last-minute bookings, full payment in cash is accepted.
Payment Methods:
All types of cards are accepted if necessary, though cash is preferred before starting the retreat.
Electronic transactions are processed securely.
Respect and Conduct:
Respect for all processes and participants is expected.
Unsafe behavior, harassment, substance use, or disruptive actions will result in expulsion without refund.
A safe and trustworthy environment for everyone is encouraged.
Activity Suspension:
We reserve the right to suspend activities if they are deemed extremely unsafe for participants.
Personal Data:
Personal information may be shared with third parties for operational purposes and promotions.
No information will be shared without explicit permission.
Abandonment and Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued for early departure.
In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be provided; however, guests are allowed to join later in case of delays.
Rescheduling:
One rescheduling is allowed with at least four weeks’ advance notice, subject to availability.
The deposit may be transferred according to the notice provided.
Belongings:
Within our facilities, guests’ belongings remain under our responsibility.
During excursions, responsibility for personal belongings lies with each guest.
Participants are advised to secure their personal items and bring only what is necessary.
We have a highly trustworthy staff to look after the areas and/or sites visited.
Safety and Health:
Participants must inform us of any relevant medical conditions so we can evaluate their suitability for the ceremonies.
The center reserves the right to deny participation if it is considered harmful to the participant’s health.
Participants must begin a diet at least two weeks before the retreat.
Vegetarian and vegan meals will be served.
Participants must notify us of any illness so we can determine whether they can take part in the retreat.
Participants must ensure that they do not have any serious condition or illness that would prevent them from joining the retreat.
Participants are expected to have faith and trust in the medicine.
Please note that the healers may use different types of ancestral medicines if the case requires it.
Image Use Consent:
By participating, you grant consent for the use of images for promotional purposes.
Environmental Responsibility:
Participants are expected to respect and follow conservation and sustainability practices.
The center is committed to minimizing its environmental impact and promoting eco-friendly practices.
Emergencies and Evacuation:
Detailed information regarding emergency and evacuation procedures will be provided.
Each retreat includes trained healthcare personnel available to provide primary assistance if needed.
We also have rapid access to a hospital or private clinic when necessary.
Participants must follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency.
Flight Information:
Participants must provide their flight dates in advance to facilitate itinerary coordination.
Any changes to the flight date must be communicated ahead of time so that the necessary arrangements can be adjusted.
Transportation – Client Responsibility:
If flight dates are not provided, the client will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the meeting point.
The agency is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by the lack of transportation information from the client.
